Auckland turned on a perfect summer day for Annie and Connor's wedding at Kauri Bay. With clear blue skies, sweeping coastal views and a gentle sea breeze, their celebration felt relaxed, elegant and effortlessly romantic.
Their floral palette featured soft blush, buttery cream, ivory and delicate lilac tones, creating a romantic and modern look that complemented the landscape without competing with it.
The Ceremony
The ceremony took place on Kauri Bay's iconic lawn overlooking the water. We designed an asymmetrical floral installation on a modern white frame, creating a statement focal point while allowing the incredible view to remain the star of the show.
Layers of garden roses, seasonal blooms and soft pastel tones added texture and movement, perfectly suited to the relaxed elegance of the day.
The Bridal Party
The bridesmaids wore soft buttery yellow dresses that paired beautifully with the floral palette. Their bouquets echoed the bridal bouquet while maintaining a lighter, more delicate feel.
The combination of flowing fabrics, soft flowers and summer sunshine created an effortlessly elegant bridal party look.
Saying "I Do"
One of our favourite moments from the day was watching the wind catch Annie's veil as she stood beside Connor during the ceremony. The movement, the scenery and the emotion created a truly unforgettable atmosphere that felt both intimate and grand at the same time.
Just Married
After the ceremony, guests gathered to celebrate while taking in the spectacular coastal views. The newlyweds enjoyed a relaxed afternoon filled with laughter, sunshine and plenty of beautiful moments together.
Reception
Inside Kauri Bay, guests were welcomed into a warm and inviting reception space where the celebrations continued into the evening. The natural timber interior provided the perfect contrast to the soft romantic florals.
Annie and Connor's wedding was a perfect example of how thoughtful florals, stunning scenery and genuine connection can come together to create something truly memorable. It was an absolute joy to be part of their day.
